Annual St. Jude Ride

Hidden Trails Stables, LLC is proud to participate in an annual St. Jude’s charity ride. All monies collected are donated entirely to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.

WHEN IT GOES DOWN: The charity ride happens the first weekend of November and leaves at 10:00 AM.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Participants must register with Judy by phone (304)897-5621, in person, or by email htstables@hardynet.com. Participants may bring and ride their own horses. Those without horses must sign up in advance to ride a Hidden Trails Stables, LLC horse. Our horses usually go quickly so sign up soon. All participants must collect money for a donation OR make a personal donation of $50 or more. Space is limited!

WHERE WE GO: The ride starts at the barn where money turn-in and arrivals are confirmed. Several trails can be used for the ride. You can ride with the big group or choose your own route. All riders will meet at the top of the mountain at the picnic shelter for lunch. Participants may be asked to bring a side dish, dessert, or other items to help with the meal. Please see Judy about helping out with food. Most riders travel up the White Oak Trail or Big Ridge Trail to the top and then follow the service road or Miller’s Rock Trail out to Miller’s Rock where they enjoy a gorgeous panoramic view before heading back for lunch.

We are very proud of this event and how it grows every year. We ask all participants to be courteous and patient , but also to just relax and enjoy the day. Thank you for your interest in participating. We hope to see you in November.
