Camp Good Day

On July 28, 2009, we were visited by a very special group. Camp Good Day from New Market, VA came to the barn to meet our horses and ride. The group enjoyed meeting one of our gentle quarter horses, Dia-seen with her saddle on. They also met our standard bred, Ginger. After meeting these two wonderful mares and getting to touch them and hear funny stories about them, some of the campers dared to ride. They enjoyed rides on Brandie, Dia, and Precious. Everyone seemed to enjoy the visit from Camp staff to campers to HTS staff. We love seeing how our horses can light up someone’s face.

Thank you to Camp Good Day for returning to see us this summer and bringing a smile to our faces this cool day in July.
